Has anyone used hydrovance or other emollients typically used in liquid soaps in MP? There are low sweat and extra hard MP's I think would be great mediums. Im thinking 'a dash of polyquat7 or honeyquat…hydrovance , a butter…etc for those who are elderly and have crepe thin skin. i've tried it with hair conditioner pastilles in small amounts and could feel my hands feel a little more silky vs squeaky clean and if this is possible…then I can see an MP shampoo bar without beeswax and instead some nice botanicals.

I have wood from an old deck that was taken down and instead of throwing it out I’ve decided to recycle it and use it somewhere. The plan is to build a seating bench along the fence in my backyard but haven’t come across any building plans online, just plans for benches on a deck and regular benches. David,I agree that going to the gym can be very motivational. In fact, it was the energy level at a gym that caused me to ever want to go to one to begin with. However, it is not always possible to get access to gym equipment, especially when traveling, so it is good to have a few bodyweight exercises up your sleeve as well.Plus, bodyweight exercises are just good for you. I think I’m the only person at my gym who drops the dumbbells after doing chest presses and then hits the floor for some good old-fashioned push ups to really send my muscles running home to Momma!
